TRAINING & PLACEMENT OFFICE

Integrating quality education with meaningful industry-institute interaction is the primary goal the training and placement office. The office equip the students with the skills which corporates expects and also seeks to attract corporate recruiters to the institute throughout the year to ensure employment opportunities for students of all specializations.

Major functions of the department:

• Conducting Campus Recruitments
• Regular time bound training for English, Aptitude and group discussion, Interview skills.
• Arranging for industrial visits and InPlant training to the students and faculties.
• Organizing group events like sports, cultural activities, Debates etc to build team spirit to the students.
• Annual get together with the placed students, parents.
• Organizing Campus Connect Programmes and Workshops for the benefit of the students.

Major Recruiters:

Student are placed in various leading corporate houses including TCS, Tech Mahindra, Robosoft, L&T-Infotech, Perot systems, IFLEX Solution, Infosys Technologies,Wipro Technologies, Sonata Software, Sliver Soft, Patni computers, Blue star Infotech ltd, MPhsis-EDS, Tayana software, Indo US MIM Tech, B L Kashyap, Shoba Developers,Secon,Zindal, Brigade, Enercorn and many more.

Placement Club- Renaissance:

The club provides platforms to students in doing a commendable job by instilling in them, the spirit of service above self. The club has handled a number project within the campus.

Our club is regarded as one of the most socially-conscious unit in AIT. This newly elected club is now riding high with its innovative projects and pioneering community services. Like minded youth team up to do service to the student in their own way. Inter-branch fest where a number of cultural, social and sports activities are the latest scheduled in this club. This not only provide much-needed break from the routine classes but will also help out to bring the talents out in the college.

Placement Growth:

Most of the Top MNC’s visit Adichucnhangiri Institute of Technology for Campus Recruitment. There is a tremendous competition among colleges to attract companies to campus. Our placement team has put effort to place our students in the companies. The pay packages offered for our students varies from Rs.2 lakhs to Rs.3.15 Lakhs.
